Please take a moment to read my policies. By purchasing from me, you'll be agreeing with these terms and conditions:
Pin Grading
Standard/A grade: Very minimal or no noticeable flaws. Do keep in mind that all pins are handmade and are subjected to some minor imperfections such as dust particles, slightly overfilled enamel, and small screenprint offsets. [Any damage to the back of the pin will still be standard, I do not grade the back/sides, only the FRONT. This also applies to bent posts.]
Seconds/B Grade: Can have more noticeable flaws compared to Standard Grade. This may include multiple air bubbles, missing metal lines, missing enamel, overfilled/underfilled lines, screenprint errors, scratches and facial flaws.
NOTE: The way I grade my pins may be different than yours, but of course I will do my best uphold the quality you guys deserve. I am one person running this shop and will occasionally make mistakes.
SHIPPING: All shipped items will be through USPS Ground (comes with tracking). Packaging orders can take from 3-10 days. If you have not received tracking, please send me an email with your order number so I can process it. Once the item is shipped, I am not liable for lost/damaged items during its transit. If your package is possibly lost, go to the USPS website help section, fill out a missing mail search request and file a claim.
INTERNATIONAL: For my international buyers, I will have Etsy for you to purchase from.
REFUNDS: All purchases are final. IF you have purchased a standard grade from me and receive a pin will multiple noticeable flaws, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Second grade pins are not eligible for a refund. If you have a drop buddy that secured an extra at a drop, please do not ask for a refund.
REPLACEMENTS: You have 1 week after your pin has been to delivered to contact me through email for a possible replacement. If I receive a chargeback, you will be indefinitely banned from participating any future drops. Replacements are for standard grade pins only.
RESELL/TRADING: As of right now, I do not have any policies against reselling or trading.
ADDRESS CHANGES: I currently do not offer address changes. This may or may not change in the future as I get used to running my shop. So if you have a Drop Buddy that scored an extra, please work that out amongst yourselves.

By participating in a pre-order you're agreeing to the following:
How Pre-Orders Work:
Claiming a Spot: Pre-orders are limited and first come, first served. To claim a spot, you must comment on the designated post.
Payment: Payment is required upfront via PayPal only. No payment = no confirmed spot. Limited Quantities: Pre-orders are capped to a set number of slots. Once filled, no additional orders will be taken.
Production Time: Pre-ordered pins typically take 3–6+ months to complete, depending on the design’s complexity and manufacturer availability.
Delays: Production delays may occur, especially around holidays, factory closures, or overseas shipping disruptions. Please understand this is outside my control.
All updates, including production progress and shipping timelines, will be shared in an Instagram group chat made for each pre-order.Please keep your DMs open and check the chat regularly for updates.
All pre-orders are final sale. No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be issued once payment is received. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the production timeline and this no-refund policy.

Since I have two jobs, it will take some time to receive a reply. Please allow up to 1-5 days for an email response. If it has been a week or more, please bump up the email.
